Le Parc

Le Parc is a residential development located in Canidelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, just a short distance from the beach and the Atlantic coastline. Offering one to four-bedroom apartments with generous private outdoor areas, the project was designed to provide a calm and light-filled living environment, complemented by well-appointed communal areas that include landscaped green spaces and a swimming pool.

The contemporary design emphasises the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, together with a strong focus on construction quality. Travertine, used on the facade and throughout the cladding, introduces a sense of permanence and distinction, defining the building’s exterior character while reflecting the high construction standards of one of Canidelo’s landmark residential developments.
