In this building, there is a clear commitment to technological innovation through the various solutions applied in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. Adjacent to the Casa da Música, it manages to rival its grandeur and architectural refinement.

In order to maintain the clarity and luminosity of the surrounding space, provided by Casa da Musica, Macedonia White was used, a very white marble, with the characteristic of light gray veins perfectly aligned at 45º.
