Arrábida Nascente

Arrábida Nascente rises in one of Porto’s most scenic locations, on the hillside overlooking the Douro River, next to the iconic Arrábida Bridge. Comprising two residential buildings, the development takes advantage of the site’s steep topography to offer expansive views over the river, the Atlantic estuary and the urban landscape on both banks.

With a contemporary architectural approach, the project seeks to integrate the buildings into the distinctive topography of the hillside. Estremoz marble, applied to the facade, anchors the development within its rocky surroundings while reinforcing the solid and enduring character of a technically demanding project built on a steeply sloping site.
