The Paul-Henri-Spaak building (abbreviated PHS), inaugurated in 1993, is the workplace of the Parliament of the European Union in Brussels. It is connected by the Konstantinos Karamanlis bridge to the Altiero Spinelli building. It is also sometimes called of "Caprice des Dieux" because of its shape, which resembles the cheese box of the same name, and the circumstances surrounding its construction.
